Morgan A. Lynch

Morgan A. Lynch is an associate, whose focus includes defending health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining Baxter Baker, Morgan’s practice included representing indigent defendants in criminal cases through the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.

Before practicing as an attorney, Morgan served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Sylvester B. Cox of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. She graduated cum laude from James Madison University in 2016, with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design. She then graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021, where she served as a student attorney for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and the Manuscript Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum.

Morgan is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland. She is also a member of the Baltimore City Bar Association.
