Congratulations to Charles “Chad” Joseph and Amanda Huff, who obtained a defense verdict for a board-certified otolaryngologist in a medical malpractice case. The case was tried in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Plaintiff claimed that our client breached the standards of care by prescribing an antibiotic that allegedly caused plaintiff’s vestibular nerve injury. The jury deliberated for approximately one and one-half hours before reaching their decision.
