The Howard County Patch, Fox45 News and the Maryland Daily Record reported that Baxter Baker partner Cynthia “Cindy” Penny-Ardinger has been appointed as the newest member of the Maryland Transportation Authority Board by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan.

Cindy is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant who has over 25 years of experience in representing clients in business and estates and trust practice areas. She assists clients in estate tax planning, probate, trust administration and guardianship.
