Fiona Puglese Obtained Defense Verdict in Orthodontist Case

Fiona Puglese obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an orthodontist in the District Court for Baltimore County.  Plaintiff claimed that the orthodontist crafted an appliance that did not fit correctly and was not medically indicated.  At the close of plaintiff’s case, the trial judge granted judgment as a matter of law for the defense.
