Congratulations to Charles “Chad” Joseph and Amanda Huff, who obtained a defense verdict for a board-certified vascular surgeon in a wrongful death case. The case was tried in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Plaintiffs claimed that our client breached the standards of care by not scheduling repair of the decedent‘s abdominal aortic aneurysm on an urgent basis. The jury deliberated for approximately twenty minutes before returning a defense verdict.
