Baxter Baker is pleased to welcome a new partner, David L. Weintraub, who has expanded the firm’s Real Estate Law practice.
David is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has maintained an active real estate practice with a focus on banking & finance, acquisitions and dispositions. He has primarily represented banks, lenders and developers.

In his practice, David emphasizes clear, organized drafting and works closely with clients’ key stakeholders. He was named a Top Attorney for Commercial Real Estate by Bethesda Magazine in 2019. David earned his J.D. in 2010 from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He concurrently earned an M.B.A. from the Washington University Olin Business School. In 2006, David earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Social Thought and Analysis from Washington University in St. Louis.
