Daryl J. Sidle has been recognized as a 2021 Super Lawyer for his work in business and corporation law. Daryl has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex tax, business and estate planning transactions.
Dedicated to problem-solving, he regularly advises clients on structuring and documenting mergers and acquisitions, securities private placements, real estate joint ventures, and the internal affairs of professional practices, including those of physicians, accountants, and attorneys. Additionally, he has crafted business succession plans for family businesses and integrated the estate planning of those business owners with their business planning.
As one of the principal drafters of Maryland’s limited liability company act, Daryl has extensive experience negotiating and drafting operating agreements for LLCs. He has taught estate planning and estate and gift tax as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore’s graduate tax program for over two decades.
