Baxter Baker trial attorney Charles “Chad” Joseph has been named as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is one of the premier legal associations in North America composed to the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. The College is an invitation-only fellowship composed of attorneys who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality.
As a trial attorney, Chad handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters and largely focuses on defending health care providers in medical malpractice cases. Chad also has extensive experience representing parties in other types of complex civil litigation cases, including commercial, business, lead-based paint and products liability matters. He is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Association of Defense Counsel, which are both invitation-only, peer-reviewed organizations.
