Jim has often served as outside general counsel to many entities which require ongoing legal services but are not large enough to employ an inside general counsel. He has represented both public and privately-owned entities.
Jim graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Maryland School of Law and summa cum laude from Loyola College with a major in accounting.
