David Weintraub
David Weintraub is a partner at Baxter Baker and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice. David’s practice focuses on banking and finance, and he has extensive experience working on large-scale acquisition, disposition and financing transactions in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
He also has extensive experience in the manufactured housing field, representing clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing and operation of manufactured housing communities.
David’s clients include investors, financial institutions, and developers. He relies on his business education and unique high-level experience in real estate finance to provide insightful, forward-thinking advice at all stages of the deal-making process. David emphasizes clear, organized drafting and works closely with clients’ key stakeholders.
David is a Maryland native, and received his law and business degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
Outside of the office, during hurricane season, David heads to affected regions and assists with relief efforts.
