Daryl J. Sidle has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex tax, business and estate planning transactions. Dedicated to problem-solving, he regularly advises clients on structuring and documenting mergers and acquisitions, securities private placements, real estate joint ventures, and the internal affairs of professional practices, including those of physicians, accountants, and attorneys. Additionally, he has crafted business succession plans for family businesses and integrated the estate planning of those business owners with their business planning.
As one of the principal drafters of Maryland’s limited liability company act, Daryl has extensive experience negotiating and drafting operating agreements for LLCs. He has taught estate planning and estate and gift tax as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore’s graduate tax program for over two decades.
Daryl has published articles on LLCs, S corporations and the alternative minimum tax and has authored or co-authored treatises on LLCs and Buy Sell Agreements. He lectures regularly at continuing professional programs for lawyers and accountants on LLCs, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and income tax topics. He has also spoken at the Maryland judicial education program on fiduciary duties in LLCs.
Daryl served on the Board Chair of the Handel Choir of Baltimore for four years, he is currently a member of the National Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. He was a member of the Alumni Association Executive Committee, the Second Decade Society and the Young Alumni Fund of the Johns Hopkins University. He was a former trustee of the the Executive Committee and on the chair of the Finance Committee of The Friends School of Baltimore and served on it.

Biography
Daryl J. Sidle has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex tax, business and estate planning transactions.
