Win for Baltimore-Based Technology Firm

Caroline won a verdict in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City in favor of a Baltimore-based technology firm owed consulting invoice payment from an Atlantic City resort hotel and casino. In November 2019, Vranian and Payton won partial summary judgment in the plaintiff’s favor after the court determined that the hotel breached its contract with the plaintiff. At a trial in January 2020, the court awarded the full value of unpaid invoices to the plaintiff, plus interest. This award represented the full amount of damages requested by the plaintiff.
