Mr. Krueger is a partner at the firm who has focused almost exclusively on representing health care providers in medical malpractice and professional disciplinary cases since he began practicing law in 2003. During that time, he has tried numerous cases to verdict in the District and Circuit Courts of the State of Maryland. Before Mr. Krueger began practicing law, he was a member of the United States Air Force for over six years and served in the intelligence field. The Air Force brought Mr. Krueger to Maryland from the Midwest, where he was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended college in Illinois.

In addition to representing health care providers, Mr. Krueger is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Maryland Bar Foundation, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service, and the MD-DC Society of Health Risk Managers. He has also participated in the health law mentor program at the University of Baltimore School of Law since the program started. Mr. Krueger has been an invited speaker for risk management seminars since 2010. During those seminars, Mr. Krueger has had the opportunity and privilege of presenting lectures to physicians on a variety of topics including EMTALA, the anatomy of a lawsuit, and the failure to diagnose. Mr. Krueger lives in South Baltimore with his rescue dog Walter. Trace and Walter enjoy Baltimore Orioles baseball, Green Bay Packers football, and participating in neighborhood sports leagues and social events.

Feddon v. Physician, 2009, District Court for Baltimore County. Obtained defense verdict for plastic surgeon who allegedly negligently performed breast augmentation surgery.
